Self-care is a vital part of what keeps me happy healthy & sane. It's a must for me to be a full-time mom, entrepreneur, and worker. Most of us are too busy and live so hectic lives that's it hard to squeeze in some "me time". Between kids, work, maintaining healthy functioning relationships with family and friends. We often don't have time to treat ourselves but I've listed my top 10 self-care tips that I personally use on a day today.

  6. Treat myself
  7. Watch a comfort show
  8. Revisit my goals
