Orders are processed in the order they are received and sent via USPS from Orangeburg, SC.
Orders are usually processed within 7-10 business days from the time the order is placed. Since we pour each candle with love our processing times may vary especially during the holiday season. Keep in mind that your shipping date starts when you receive your email confirmation. We ship all of our packages via USPS Parcel Ground.
We ship orders via USPS Parcel Ground. You should receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order is shipped. Orders on the East Coast usually arrive in 2-3 business days after you receive your shipping email confirmation. West Coast orders are 2-5 business days.

With a minimum purchase of $60 or more, your shipping is no cost to you and your order will be shipped via USPS Parcel Ground.

WE DO NOT OFFER LOCAL DELIVERY OR PICKUP.
I would personally love to offer local delivery or pickup for my local customers however with working a full- time job, running this business & juggling motherhood I just can’t seem to squeeze it in my schedule. I’m super sorry. Hopefully in the near future Her Candle Company will have a permanent candle shop for you all to shop at.
REFUNDS + EXCHANGES + DAMAGED PACKAGE
All of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped.
Our products cannot be refunded or exchanged. In the event the package is damaged during shipping please contact us immediately via email at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can get this issue resolved as quickly as possible.
